Our goto brew ratios for are:
Pour Over - 15/1 (12oz water to .8oz of coffee)
Espresso - 7 grams of coffee per shot (Double = 14 grams of coffee with 2oz water)
Cold Brew - one pound of coffee for 2 gallons of water
Keep in mind you can change these up depending on what you are looking for in your coffee.
