Pickup Policy

Freshness is our priority. To ensure you receive your coffee and food at peak quality, please follow the guidelines below for local pickups at our Hollywood, FL roastery.


1. The Pickup Process

  • Location: All orders are held for collection at the Front Retail Area.

  • Wait for Notification: Please do not head to the roastery until you receive an email or text stating your order is "Ready for Pickup." * Verification: To collect your order, you must present your Order Number, Email Confirmation, or a Valid Photo ID.

2. Food and Prepared Drink Orders

Our food and drinks are prepared fresh to order.

  • Same-Day Pickup: All prepared items must be picked up by the end of the same business day they were ordered.

  • Discard Policy: Any food or drinks remaining at the end of the business day will be discarded.

  • No Refunds: Because these items are perishable, no refunds or replacements will be provided for discarded food or drink orders.

3. Bagged Coffee Orders

We roast our beans in small batches to ensure quality.

  • 7-Day Hold: Bagged coffee orders will be held for 7 calendar days starting from the time they are marked as "Ready for Pickup."

  • Discard Policy: After the 7th day, unclaimed coffee will be discarded to maintain our quality standards.

  • No Refunds: Unclaimed bagged coffee is not eligible for a refund or exchange once the 7-day window has passed.

4. Customer Responsibility

Once an order is marked as "Ready for Pickup," the responsibility for timely retrieval rests solely with the customer. Koffee Kult is not responsible for forgotten orders or those not picked up within our designated timeframes.
